KULDEEP SINGH Vs. STATE OF PUNJAB

JUDGEMENT

(1.) VIDE order dated February 27, 2006, concession of interim anticipatory bail was granted in favour of the petitioner. His counsel states that he has joined the investigation. This fact has been affirmed by Shri Kapoor, on getting instructions from ASI Pritpal Singh. He further admits that presence of the petitioner is no more required for any custodial interrogation.

(2.) IN view of facts mentioned above, this petition is allowed and the order dated February 27, 2006, is made absolute subject to petitioner's continuing to comply with the terms and conditions, as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
