(2.) THE grievance made by the petitioner is that against the claim of Rs. 2,40,116/- which was spent on medical treatment, he has been reimbursed only an amount of Rs. 1,71,041/-. THE balance amount of Rs. 69,075/- has been withheld by the respondents illegally. In respect of the balance amount the petitioner has already sent a representation dated 18.8.2006 (P-14) through proper channel, which is pending consideration of the respondents.
