JUDGEMENT

(1.) LEARNED counsel for the petitioner has pointed out that the present FIR has been lodged by the complainant-Surinder Pal, respondent No. 2 only on account of the fact that the marriage of Rupinder Singh, with daughter of respondent No. 2 was solemnised against the wishes of the complainant.

(2.) I have heard learned counsel for the parties. According to learned counsel, they are living happily. Shri M.C. Berry, Sr. DAG, Punjab has further stated that after investigation cancellation report with regard to present FIR is to be presented before the competent Court.
