JUDGEMENT

(1.) On 13.5.1998, a Division Bench of this Court has directed the petitioner to place on record the order passed by the competent authority reserving the post in question for a Scheduled Caste candidate. The hearing was deferred sine die and the petition was to be listed for hearing as and when the needful was to be done. Thereafter the case was listed on 8.10.1998 and 5.10.1999 but the order dated 13.5.1998 remained un-complied.

(2.) In view of above, no adjudication in these proceedings can take place as the necessary information as per the order dated 13.5.1998 has not been furnished.

(3.) Accordingly, the writ petition fails and the same is dismissed.
