JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE applicant-appellant No. 1 has filed this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking permission to go abroad to meet his son and family members.

(2.) IN this case, the applicant-appellant No. 1 has been convicted by Addl. Sessions Judge, Chandigarh, under Section 325 IPC and sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of three years.

(3.) I have heard the counsel for the parties and gone through the record of the case.
