LEARNED counsel for the petitioner states that in so far as the issue of grant of two annual increments and the recovery from the petitioner in connection therewith is concerned, the matter has been adjudicated by the respondents unilaterally as is apparent from memo dated 13.3.2005 (Annexure R-III) appended to the joint written statement filed on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 3. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the only remaining issue to be adjudicated upon is the release of salary to the petitioner in the scale of Rs.12000-16350/- on completion of 16 years of service. In so far as this prayer of the petitioner is concerned, learned counsel states that the petitioner will be satisfied if a decision in respect thereof is taken by the respondents.
