JUDGEMENT

(1.) VIDE order under challenge, defence of the petitioners was struck off on 19.2.2005. Order was passed in presence of counsel for the petitioners, thereafter, no step was initiated to challenge the order referred to above. This revision petition has been filed after about a year of the passing of the above-said order and the reasons given are not sufficient to condone the delay.
