JUDGEMENT

(1.) On December 05, 1997, the following order was passed :-

(2.) Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioners have since taken away the brief from him and he has no instructions in the matter.

(3.) In view of the above, we are satisfied that the petitioners are no longer interested to pursue the instant writ petition which is hereby dismissed, for reasons of non-prosecution.
