JUDGEMENT

(1.) AGAINST the petitioner, F.I.R has been recorded for commission of offences under Sections 406, 420 and 380 of IPC. It is allegation againsthim that he, in connivance with two others, has duped the complainant and executed a sale deed, as attorney, in favour of his co-accused. State Counsel informs this Court that before execution of the sale deed, notice cancelling power of attorney, in favour of the petitioner, was served upon him on 19.1.2005. Allegations made are of very serious nature. No case is made out for granting anticipatory bail. Dismissed.
