(1.) The present application has been filed by the applicants who are respondents No.1 to 4 in the main writ petition. It has been pleaded in the application that Special Family Pension has been sanctioned in favour of the non-applicant/writ petitioner vide order dated April 30, 2005. A copy of the aforesaid order has been appended as Annexure R.1 with the present application. Notice of the application was issued to the leaned counsel for the non-applicant. Shri R.S.Sangwan, Advocate puts in appearance on behalf of the non-applicant/writ petition. Shri R.S.Sangwan, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner states that the entire entitlement of the nonapplicant/ writ petitioner has not been granted to her, inasmuch as, she is entitled to further amount. Shri Sangwan very fairly states that for the aforesaid claim of further amount, the non-applicant/writ petitioner shall approach the competent authority by filing a detailed representation and directions be issued to the competent authority to consider the aforesaid representation filed by the writ petitioner. He has no objection if the present writ petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
(2.) Consequently, the main writ petition filed by the writ petitioner Smt.Savitri Devi is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. However, a liberty is granted to the writ petitioner to file a detailed representation within two months from the date a certified copy of this order is received by making any claim for further amount as per her entitlement. If any such representation is received by the competent authority, then the competent authority shall pass a speaking order thereupon within a further period of four months. If the claim of the writ petitioner is found to be meritorious, then the financial benefits shall be released to her within a further period of one month.
(3.) The main writ petition is accordingly disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. CM as well as main writ petition stand disposed of accordingly. A copy of the order be given dasti on payment of usual charges.
