(1.) ON 6.5.2004 the hearing of the petition was adjourned sine die because respondents have placed on record order Annexure R-2 passed by the Supreme Court staying the contempt proceedings pending the S.L.P. In view of the above nothing survives for adjudication in these proceedings. Accordingly, rule is discharged.
