JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS application has been moved under Section 482 Cr.P.C. with a prayer to quash the complaint dated 16.2.2002 (P/1) and the summoning order dated 3.9.2006 (P/2). Perusal of complaint, referred to above, indicates that there exists specific allegations against the petitioner, as is reflected in paragraph Nos.4 and 5 of the complaint. No case is made out for interference and quash the same. Dismissed.
