LEARNED counsel for the parties are agreed that the instant writ petition be disposed of by requiring the respondents to carry out a fresh process of examination viz. the conduct of the petitioner which led to his conviction and to consider whether any punishment is warranted in the circumstances. If so, what punishment would be commensurate with the misconduct.
