JUDGEMENT

(1.) DISPUTE in this writ petition is regarding election to the managing committee of respondent No.5. Exactly the same matter came up for hearing before this Court in CWP No.18995 of 2005 and in that writ petition on 6.1.2006, following order was passed by this Court:-

(2.) IN view of order, referred to above, this Court feels that no case is made out to interfere at the instance of the petitioners. However, liberty is granted to them that they may move an application before the Civil Court for getting themselves impleaded as parties in the pending Civil Suit. The Court below is directed to allow the said application, if made within three weeks from today. Disposed of.
