THE prayer made in the writ petition is for issuance of direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner for promotion to the post of Principal as per his seniority w.e.f. the date his juniors have been promoted. For the aforementioned relief claimed in the present writ petition, the petitioner has already represented to the respondents vide representation dated 11.5.2006/ 12.5.2006 (P-13).
