JUDGEMENT

(1.) IT is admitted position that the Gram Panchayat was restrained from making any recommendation in favour of Bimla Mehmi, who was respondent No. 6 in the writ petition. However, she has been appointed as Anangwari Worker without the recommendation of the Gram Panchayat. I do not find any violation of the directions issued by this Court on 18.8.2005 in C.W.P. No. 12843 of 2005. Dismissed.
