JUDGEMENT

(1.) IT is admitted position that contempt proceedings have been stayed by the Supreme Court in another connected matter on the basis of which directions have been issued in CWP No. 7915 of 2003 decided on 22.5.2004. Accordingly, no adjudication is possible. Rule discharged. However, the petitioners are at liberty to file a fresh contempt petition on the same cause of action, if such a necessity arises.
