THE prayer made in the writ petition is for issuance of direction to the respondents to permanently absorb the petitioners in the department of Public Health as per government notification dated April 2, 1993 (P-1) and to revise their pay scales as has been done in the case of all other employees working in the Public Health Department. C.W.P.No. 7054 of 2006 [2] For the aforementioned relief claimed in the present writ petition, the petitioner has already got served a legal notice dated September 15, 2005 (P-4), upon the respondents.
