JUDGEMENT

(1.) The facts which emerge from the record show that an earlier petitioner filed by the petitioner being C.W.P. No.16686 of 2005 was allowed by a Division Bench of this court on October 21,2005 in terms of the Civil Writ Petition No.16333 of 2005 decided on November 29,2005 (Pawandeep Kaur Dalam and others V.State of Punjab and others). The petitioners have again approached this court making a grievance that although earlier petition filed by them had been allowed and in pursuance thereof, the petitioners are continuing with their studies but the respondents are not allowing them to fill up the admission forms for appearing in Ist year examination of B.Sc. Nursing First Semester. During the course of argument, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has informed the court that the aforesaid examination is scheduled to be held in the first weeks of May,2006.

(2.) After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the averments made in the petition, the present writ petition is allowed. The respondents are directed to issue necessary admission forms to the petitioners and permit them to appear in the first year examination of B.Sc. Nursuing First Semester as per their entitlement.

(3.) A copy of this order be given dasti on usual charges.
