COUNSEL for respondent Nos.1 & 2 has placed on record the letter written by Senior Manager (Recovery) dated 17-5-2006, wherein it has been stated that Rs. 2 lacs, which were deposited by the petitioner consequent to the order passed by this Court, shall be adjusted towards the loan amount due, to be paid by the petitioner.
