JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard.

(2.) Offences alleged against the petitioners are under sections 406/419/420/465/467/468/471/120-B IPC. Case of the prosecution is that Baljinder Kaur purchased the property from Rajinder Kumar. The agreement to sell was attested by petitioner No.1 Yash Pal ,who is said to be a property dealer. It is alleged that Rajinder Kumar did not disclose that he had already taken a loan for the said property from the ICICI bank and, thus, the complainant was cheated. The petitioner being identifier on the power of attorney in favour of Amita Rani, who executed the agreement in favour of the complainant, facilitated the cheating.
