JUDGEMENT

(1.) COUNSEL for the petitioner contends that even as per the allegations in the FIR, the petitioner received Rs.7,000/- out of a sum of Rs.70,000/- paid by the complainant. Thereafter, the matter was settled with the complainant and the amount, allegedly received by the petitioner, returned. It is further contended that the main accused, namely, Manmeet Kaur has already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court, vide order dated 18.4.2006, passed in Crl.Misc.No.4896.M of 2006. Notice of motion to A.G.Punjab for .9.2006.

(2.) MEANWHILE, in the event of his arrest, the petitioner shall be released on interim anticipatory bail to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer, subject to the following conditions :-
