(3.) Deceased Pawan Kumar is said to have been attacked by Sanjeev Kumar, Naresh Kumar and petitioner Nirdev Singh. Sanjeev Kumar is attributed injury on the head, Naresh Kumar near the left ear while the petitioner is attributed injury on the left eye.
