(2.) NOTICE of motion. Mr. Harish Rathee, Sr. DAG, Haryana, who is present in the Court accepts notice. With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties the writ petition has been heard. The prayer made in the petition is for issuance of a C.W.P. No. 7543 of 2006 [2] writ of Mandamus seeking a direction to respondents to release the salary/ pay of the petitioners against their continuous service as Guest Teacher. For the relief claimed in the present petition, the petitioners have already got served a notice dated April 25, 2006 (P-3) upon the respondents.
