(1.) ONLY prayer made, at this stage, is that the petitioner may be granted bail on appearing before the trial court, as co-accused has been acquitted and the petitioner is Proclaimed Offender. Let the petitioner be admitted to bail subject to appropriate conditions, if he puts in appearance before the trial court within two weeks from today. The trial will be concluded as far as possible within one year. The petition is disposed of.
