JUDGEMENT

(1.) PRAYER in this petition, is for cancellation of bail, granted to respondents no.1 to 6 in FIR No.508 dated 31.12.2003, registered under Sections 498-A,406,323/34 of the Indian Penal Code, at Police Station City Jind, vide order of this Court dated 23.1.2004, passed in Crl.Misc.No.3168- M of 2004. The petitioner, who is the complainant in the aforementioned FIR apprehends that she may not be permitted to depose freely on account of the threats allegedly meted out to her, by the respondents.

(2.) I find no ground to accept the present petition and direct cancellation of bail. However, the petitioner may,if so advised, file an application before the trial Court, who shall pass appropriate orders, so as to ensure that the petitioner is able to depose, without any pressure or threat. The present petition stands disposed of accordingly.
