JASWINDER SINGH ALIAS JASSI Vs. STATE OF PUNJAB

JUDGEMENT

(1.) VIDE order dated March 17, 2006, application qua petitioner Balwinder Singh, to whom grievous injury has been attributed, was dismissed. Counsel for the petitioners states that so far as petitioner Jaswinder Singh alias Jassi is concerned, allegations are not very serious.

(2.) INJURY attributed to him is only on the hand of the complainant Keeping in view facts and circumstances of the case, this petition qua Jaswinder Singh alias Jassi, petitioner, is allowed, and subject to his putting up appearance before the Investigating Officer to join the investigation, as and when asked to do so and furnishing bail/surety bonds to the satisfaction of that Officer, his arrest shall remain stayed till further orders.
