THE prayer made in the writ petition is for issuance of direction to the respondents for release of pensionary and retiral benefits pursuant to the discharge of the petitioner from service, as also to grant monthly service pension and disability pension. For the aforementioned relief claimed in the present writ petition, the petitioner has already got served a legal notice dated 3.3.2006 (P-7), upon the respondents.
