THIS petition is directed against the order dated 25.10.2005 (P-3), rejecting the representation of the petitioner, dated 22.8.2005 (P-2) which was filed against the order of the competent authority regarding adverse remarks for the period from 2.7.2004 to 14.01.2005. The Reporting Officer has assessed the work of the petitioner and has recorded adverse remarks. In Column No. 10, integrity of the petitioner has been found to be doubtful. The appeal, dated 16.11.2005 (P-4) preferred by the petitioner has also been dismissed by the appellate authority vide order dated 2.12.2005 (P-5).
