JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioners have filed this petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.128 dated 23.4.2006 registered under Sections 399 and 402 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act at Police Station Mujjesar, District Faridabad. I have been informed by the State counsel that in this case after conclusion of the prosecution and the defence evidence, the case is now fixed before the trial Court for final order for 25.10.2006. In view of the aforesaid fact, counsel for the petitioners does not want to press this petition at this stage. Dismissed as not pressed at this stage.
