JUDGEMENT

(1.) At the out set Shri Anil Malhotra, learned counsel for the petitioner makes a statement that the petitioner does not claim any relief qua respondent No.6 and,therefore, the present petition qua her be dismissed. Ordered accordingly.

(2.) The petitioner is making a grievance that no 'No Objection Certificated is granted by the District Magistrate for commissioning of a petrol pump in favour of respondent No.7 Ms. Anureet Toor. Shri Raman Sharma, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2 informs the court that the petrol pump has since been commissioned on November 9,2004 whereas the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner on March 31, 2005. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents also state that the present petition has been filed by the petitioner on account of business rivalry.

Without offering any comments on the aforesaid pleas raised by the respondents, we deem it appropriate to relegate the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate,Hoshiarpur, respondent No.3 for making his grievance with regard to 'No Objection Certificate' granted by the aforesaid authorities. For the aforesaid purpose, the petitioner shall approach respondent No.3 by making an appropriate representation within a period of two months from the day a certified copy of this order is received.
