THE petitioner filed CWP No.14525 of 2004 for claiming family pension, which was disposed of by a Division Bench of this Court on August 29, 2005 with the directions to the respondent to re-consider the case in the light of the judgment of this Court in Kanta Devi Vs. State of Haryana, 2000(2) SCT 32. THE matter was required to be re-considered within a period of two months. Non compliance of the aforesaid said order led the inititation of the present contempt petition.
