JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuing direction to the official respondents not to harass the petitioner at the instance of respondents No.5 to 7 with a further prayer that in case the petitioner is required for investigation or inquiry, then a prior notice under Section 160 Cr.P.C. may be issued to him. After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner states that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the senior police officers. Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
