JUDGEMENT

(1.) By this petition a writ of mandamus has been sought for regularisation of the services of the petitioners on the post of Clerk in accordance with the policy decision of the Government.

(2.) Petitioner No. 1 was appointed as Clerk in the Education Department on 25.1.1977. He served upto 15.4.1980. The details of the period of his working are as under :-

(3.) The petitioners have pleaded that the interruptions in their service were not due to their absence or other similar grounds but due to the arrangement of the Government in the Education Department.
