JUDGEMENT

(1.) In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties the respondent has filed the present application with a prayer that the appeal filed by the wife for a decree of divorce be accepted.

(2.) After hearing counsel for the parties the appeal filed by Smt. Tarlochan Kaur is accepted, judgement and decree of the trial Court set aside and a decree for divorce granted in favour of the appellant and against the respondent. Decree sheet be prepared in accordance with law.
