PREET SINGH Vs. STATE OF PUNJAB

JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS revision has been filed by Preet Singh, Balbir Singh and Prem Singh who were convicted by the learned Magistrate and sentenced to various terms of sentences and fine as under :

(2.) PREET Singh was convicted under Section 325 IPC and sentenced to suffer 1-1/2 years R.I. and to pay a fine of Rs. 500/- and in default to undergo two months further R.I. He was also convicted under Sections 324/34 IPC and sentenced to suffer 1-1/2 years R.I.

(3.) PREM Singh was convicted under Sections 325/34 IPC and sentenced to suffer 6 months R.I. and to pay a fine of Rs. 500/- and in default of payment of fine to undergo further R.I. for two months. He was also convicted under Sections 324/34 IPC and sentenced to undergo 6 months R.I.
