THESE eight criminal revision petitions Nos. 1112, 1113, 1115 to 1117 and 1120 to 1122 of 1984 have been filed by the Fund Inspector, Faridabad, against four respondents, namely, Messrs Rubber Works Faridabad, and its three partners Rakesh Paul, Padmesh Paul and Tej Paul. The various convictions which are the subject matters of these revision petitions have been recorded by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Faridabad, for violations of the provisions of the Employee's Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952, by the respondents for various periods. All these revisions petitions would be disposed of by this order since the same point of law is involved therein.
