(1.) This revision petition is directed against the order dated May 27, 1975 of the appellate

Respondent No. 1 filed an application for ejectment of the petitioner as also of Hari Ram respondent No. 2 on the ground that she had sublet the premises in dispute to Hari Ram and was realizing rent from Hari Ram. The petitioner is a widow and the respondent No. 1 is an advocate practising at Panipat. The petitioner resisted the application and the parties contested on the following issues
