KARAM CHAND Vs. SANT RAM

JUDGEMENT

(1.) On the 15th of June, 1942, decree for rupees 3,212/- with costs was passed in favour of Karam Chand against Sant Ram and Dewan Chand.

(2.) On the 26th of May, 1954, Shri Karam Chand applied under section 10 of the Act 70 of 1951, hereinafter called the Act, for the determination of his claim under the decree.

(3.) On the 16th of August, 1954, Sant Ram and Dewan Chand were served in case No. 14 of 1954. Sant Ram and Dewan Chand filed written-statement on the 11th of October, 1954.
