JUDGEMENT

(1.) In the present writ petition, the petitioners are praying for direction to the respondent-University to regularize the service of petitioners or, in the alternative, to frame a policy of regularization.

(2.) Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that a similar issue came up for consideration before the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CWP No.26899 of 2025 titled as 'Nishi and another Vs. Panjab University and others' and the Co-ordinate Bench has allowed the above said writ petition vide judgment dtd. 6/11/2025. He further submits that as his case is similar, the present writ petition may also be disposed of in terms of Nishi and another's case (supra).
