PARAMJIT SINGH Vs. FINANCIAL COMMISSIONER

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Prayer in the present application is for placing on record the documents (Annexures A-l to A-4).

(2.) Briefly, upon demise of Sh. Ismail Khan, previous Lambardar (General Category) of Village Kariana Kalan, Tehsil and District Ludhiana; proceedings for filling up the said vacancy were initiated, whereupon petitioner (Paramjit Singh) and respondent No.4 (Angrej Singh) also applied for the said vacancy.

(3.) In the aforementioned circumstances, petitioner has filed the present writ petition before this Court, seeking relief(s) as noticed hereinabove.
