JUDGEMENT

(1.) The facts, as can be inferred from the petition, are as follows: Both the petitioners, who are major, got married to each other in accordance with Sikh rites and ceremonies on 11/12/2025. Their relationship was not approved of by their parents and they expressed their unhappiness. It is in this backdrop that the present petition has been filed by the petitioners.
