(s) 370, 386, 406, 420 and 120-B of IPC and Sec. 13 of the Punjab Travel Professionals (Regulation) Act, 2014, registered at Police Station Kharar, District S.A.S. Nagar.

Petition bearing No.CRM-M-36697-2024 has been filed by the petitioner namely Gourav Sahota, aged about 20 years, seeking grant of concession of regular bail in case bearing FIR No.03, dtd. 3/1/2023, under Sec. (s) 364-A, 370, 386 and 120-B of IPC, registered at Police Station Balongi, District S.A.S. Nagar.
