JUDGEMENT

(1.) Present is the second petition that has been filed for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.42 dtd. 26/1/2025 under Ss. 109(1), 190, 191(3), 308(4), 324(4) of BNS, 2023 (Sec. 61(2) of BNS added lateron) and Sec. 25 of Arms Act, registered at Police Station Camp Palwal, Palwal.

(2.) Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, at this stage.
