JUDGEMENT

(1.) By this common order, all the above mentioned writ petitions are being disposed of as all the writ petitions involve the same question of law arising from similar facts.

(2.) The primary grievance raised through the present bunch of petitions by the members of the Independent Schools' Association of Chandigarh amongst others are two;

(3.) That for the purpose of adjudicating the said issues, the petitioner schools are categorized in four Classes which are as under:-
