JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking regularization in terms of Government policy dtd. 17/10/2002. 1/10/2003, 29/7/2011 and 18/6/2014 (Annexure P-2 to P-5). He is further seeking benefit of seniority, promotion, pension ACP, gratuity and other benefits as available to regular employees.

(2.) The petitioner claims that he was engaged by Police Station Garhi as Cook. He worked with said police station from 1986 to May' 2025. He was entitled to be regularized as per policy dtd. 17/10/2002 and 1/10/2003 of the State Government. He was also covered by State integrity of this document engaged on ad hoc/contract/work charge/daily wage/part time basis were ordered to be regularized. Similarly situated employees preferred CWP-4928-2013 which was allowed and they were regularized. A number of similarly situated employees from time to time filed petitions before this Court and they were regularized.

(3.) Counsel for the petitioner states that the instant petition may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh with better particulars.
