CRM-M-48208 8208-2024 Prayer in the present petition filed under Sec. 528 of BNSS, 2023, is for quashing the order dtd. 7/6/2024 (Annexure P-1) passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Gurugram, vide which, the revision petition filed by the petitioners was was dismissed, and for modification of order dtd. 6/1/2023 (Annexure P-2) P 2) passed by learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Pataudi, vide which, the petitioners were summoned in a complaint case bearing No.COMI-08 No.COMI 08 of 2019, dtd. 7/2/2019.
