JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is the first petition under Sec. 483 of BNSS, 2023 for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.29 dtd. 29/3/2025 registered at Police Station Lohian, District Jalandhar (Rural) under Ss. 22, 29 of NDPS Act.

(2.) Upon notice, learned State counsel has appeared. Both the parties have been heard and material collected by the police during investigation has been perused.

(3.) In compliance of order dtd. 27/8/2025, status report by way of an affidavit of Onkar Singh Brar, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub-Division Shahkot, Jalandhar (Rural), filed on behalf of the State is taken on record.
