JUDGEMENT

(1.) This application has been filed under Sec. 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking preponement of date of hearing fixed in the main petition.

(2.) In view of the averments made in the application, same is allowed. Date of hearing fixed in the main petition is preponed from 27/8/2025 to today.

(3.) With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the main petition is taken on board for final disposal today itself.
