JUDGEMENT

(1.) Applicant-wife has filed the present application for seeking transfer of the petition under Sec. 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, filed by respondent-husband, bearing No.HMA-911-2023, titled 'Lovkesh vs. Manpreet Kaur', pending in the Family Court, Kurukshetra and she seeks transfer of the same to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Ambala.

(2.) In pursuance of the notice issued, the respondent made appearance through counsel and filed the reply.
